thanks to the party for letting me do my first proper player reffing. You were very tolerant, and let me make my mistakes without recrimination. Nick, you and Paul were just as patient on the other side. Cheers

Fav parts
Toilet overland
Saldorian mosh, followed by Khalid mosh. Very old school, I was itching to join in... grin.

Not so fav.... Connor paralysing the player ref. You swine sir. Naughty Ghoul.

Hello all

Wanted to thank everyone on event for the great time,

The players for been such great sports and giving us one wild adventure of our own.

The Refs for their awesome plot and the great game we got to help be part of.

the chef for his excellent food and keeping us all nourished and entertained.

the other monsters for such a great time working with and getting to have a laugh with.

Fav bits:

The saldorian and khalid fights at pikes pool.

The two hours of playing hide and seek with 20 monsters and players in one small bunch of trees in the vampire mosh.

the dragon on friday night lol. i didnt expect to be leading a dragon at the party hehe.

seeing the shock on the refs faces when they discovered the party were missing cause they all went to the bogs at the same time. LMAO!!!! it was funny, first time on heroquest while i've been here that a party was missing brilliant.

Was great fun indeed and an interesting unusual twist for the Sat night.

And I have to say, the unrestrained glee of certain purple people when they realised that the hordelings ahead were until recently Kalid.....

Oh and Sky makes a GREAT Geisha Girl doesn't she! Even if she didn't get to fully show off her skills due to the dice game!

Cheers too all involved!

Hi All.

Great fun just being a monster for once. I sat in bed on Saturday morning dunking bourbons into my cuppa and watched someone else sweat over the kit for a change. Luvverly!

Sheild wall advance was inspired and very much liked the whole 'changing to a hordeling aspect' throughout the event.

Nick took a risk on Saturday night but it paid off and was unusally tense even from a monster's perspective.

Great fun.

Indeed was good laugh good job to all involved.

Fave bits well loads...

translating between the Purple boys and the CB

the now legendary toilet adventure...

'I really need a dump'
'Me to'
'And me'
'Sod it lets all go'

My Brain being fried from working stupid long night shifts and forgetting who's who well they all look the same Gromit (The legend), Annyspear and Drokspill

Diplomacy with the dragon was so relived that it hadn't bitten my head off completely blanked from memory everything it said

The Knights of Purity great fun encounter.

Nick for risking what he did Saturday night allot of fun.

Also well done to Cakallot our new player fitted strait in hope to have you along again soon.

Kudos

Hi All,
I want to thank all my monsters for helping make my imaginings real. I would also like to say how much Paul & Alex helped make the event happen, please lets all keep supporting them!

Well i wanted to visit some classic themes - Wolfhold / Darkhold, a Mummy and some Vampires and try to make them scary again.

Scariest Moment - Losing the Players

Funniest Moment - finding them having a mass poo. They literally sh*t themselves!

Best Bits -
Dice Game + translations

Persuading the players to go the Conclave - Alex kept coming out of the building and relaying my evil persuasions Mwah ha ha!

I wish i could have been at the conclave, but there was no way i could put the Angel costume on myself!

Saturday night was all about that alone in the dark fear. If even a few of you felt that i succeeded! I did enjoy being Fairfax the light in the dark, but felt the last fight could have been tougher, ah well. Overall pretty pleased we pulled it off at all!
