Eventually the wider world will recognise the true fabulousness of cloaks!!

It occured to me that in this topic we have missed the most important question. The costume question that helps define your character and makes all the difference to which black cape you choose. I speak of course of the eternal struggle,
Satin or velvet?

ah, a question to vex the very heart

I favour velvet, though I would be hard-pushed not to admire any black satin cloak that passed before my eyes

Wool. It's durable, weatherproof and (importantly) doesn't reflect the light the same way satin or velvet can so makes for a much more effective "lurk".

Of course drow cloak snobs will immedietly dispense with it out of hand for not being something Atalante "Dream"star has been seen in.

On a related note, I don't think I'm a follower of the branch of fashion that advocates the wearing a dead animal around your neck

Warm perhaps... a little OTT.. perhaps

Or maybe I'm missing the point, should it be "fear me, look at this dead weasel I killed"

Nothing wrong with a dead ferret around your neck. It mops off the sweat and give you something to suck when salt reserves get low!

Hi guys,

Took a look around and i got a nice long coat for blackthorn and if i need to change his winter gear i have a nice raf overcape that is grey looks good. but i thought for a summer gear,

I looked at the kamino jacket from adventurers mart, has anyone tried this piece of clothing or know anything about it, just what to hear its reputation before i buy it, plus i was wondering wheres cheapest for leather trousers.

Adventurers Mart are pretty good. I've got a fair bit of costume from them in the past, I'd recommend them to friends.

Leather trousers. Ebay is worth a punt can take a while to find something that fits for a reasonable price but it's worth it. I got mine for something like £25.

Run never go anywhere without modesty weasel!

Seriously though, I don't like the fur industry, but as most stoles and similar items are bought *very* second hand I don't think we are driving demand for the product so much as recycling - that's how I justify it anyway - I love fur as costume.

None of this explains the 20 new rabbit skins I bought mind.

Oh yead. Rabbits are vermin and better off shot - may as well use the corpse.

Save the cute animals!!!
