I think we are all a bit out of practice after slightly too long a break, but what a wonderful event to start of the year. Massive thanks to MBT, Bruce, Sky & of course our large monster crew!

I particularly enjoyed the many quandaries and philosophical differences we hashed through, both those forced upon us and the many we managed to create ourselves. I hope it's clear all disagreements were IC and I wasn't too much of a dick. It's really nice (/absolutely bloody horrible IC) to feel like your decisions really have an effect, which they constantly did.

Genuinely would be lovely to venture out with a feeling of a reasonably consistent group again so if otters are interested let's think about when we could. Also would be nice to have a proper low level (maybe sub-32 ranks?) if there is player interest - Sky, Steph & I are happy to run this if people do want it so get in touch if you do.

Again - huge thanks to MBT and all his crew. See you all in 9 days.

P.S. the Guy Ritchie mistweaver was also entertaining. Shuk shuk shuk youtu.be/xu0p6CtioZk

It was indeed awesome!
Even the near TPK! HAHA!
Really enjoyed playing a new low level char. was amazing.
Thanks to all the crew, to MBT, to Bruce, to George for making me cry! (In a very good way!)
Thanks to creen for awesome food.
Thanks to the players for being an awesome group to be with. Rhianna has certainly learnt a lot and changed a lot already!
And yay chocolate!

So much plot spewed on us!! So much!!
And so many "oh holy crap on a cracker" moments!
Especially the grey man assassination/stealing!

I think both me and Alex can both say we loved seeing out plot put in, even if we weren't playing those characters and we're itching to say things but can't.
Can't wait for kass to finally catch up with evashim!

And finally..
"Hello, you've reached the voices of the mystics. We're currently busy dealing with 20 other things from various nations so please leave your name, nation and nature of your complaint and well try and get back to you"

see you in just under 2 weeks!

PS: next event is in just under two weeks, we don't have many crew. If anyone is free we could really do with you and would make Matt stress less!
Thanks guys!!
Xxxx

Thank you to everyone for my first event as a player I had a wonderful time and wouldn’t have been the same without you all. It was an amazing event and Im still aching even with a day off.

I really enjoyed bringing a new character into the fray and had a blast learning all the things they never teach on the monster school… like call for healing more frequently.

Thank you to MBT, Bruce and Sky for putting together such a complex and detailed event and an event that once choice resulted with so many different outcomes.

Thanks to all my first party as well! For looking after me and helping me find and keeping me on my feet, giving advice on how to play and making the event so memorable.

It was amazing and cant wait to play again and hope theres another low level event soon.

Much hitting! More being hit back! Drake go OW! Drake cry on floor many times. Drake have long happy chat with Nation Guardian Spirit but only brief 'hello' with Nathan Guardian Spirit. Drake have fun and want go out again but NOT with evil tabards of doom! Too much thinking! Also - Bloodlines! No forget! OK? Good!

Mmm Bacon! Mist-Dragon Res Tinp Eace LIKE bacon!

Add my thanks to the refs, players, crew and Creen and Neil for the food. I had loads of fun and got the cobwebs off after the winter.
Higlights-
The 4 on 4 Knightly melee
Pushing the knights for pennance, well played Fay.
Watching Fay and Tom double team Ant with the slip, smash to the face combo- just needed a pod shot for the perfect 10.

Whole event was most entertaining, see y'all soon

Well my report is subbed (although I realise now I have missed at least one large chunk regarding some spikky Knights) as given the amount of plot dumping that was going on I thought I best get something on paper ahead of Igor and Kellorin doing a properly detailed report

Thanks to everyone involved it was a good way to get the year started, high points for me;

* Felling Trees. A great example of how fighting styles make fights. Big exaggerated blows being greeted by similarly over-the-top parrys and reactions.
* Getting a proper spanking from the Forgotten. Seems like a long long time since party was faced with such a smackdown. I sometimes like that sort of thing (and not just because I was last man standing).
* Plot, Plot, MORE PLOT. Everywhere we turned there was some other tidbit waiting to dump on us I'm never wearing one of those tabards again!
* George (and the rest of the team) for bringing to life a tortured Knight who properly gave us something to think about!

Looking forward to the rest of the year (shame next month is on my anniversary. . . AGAIN) . .
