Lady Kevralyn,

On a point of interest, when 'Storm' was first encountered did he arrive out of a storm cloud as described in the dream?

If so then this would seem to be a recollection of the past and not the future?

Also didn't the Black Pharoah, of Cataclysm fame, travel within a dark storm filled with lightning?

Ichabod.

I can answer that.

I'm not sure I'd go so far as to claim that 'Storm' was seen to arrive out of a storm cloud. It was, however, a famously thundery night when he came amongst us.

I believe the Dark Wind was described as appearing as a dark storm filled with lightning when summoned by the Black Pharaoh summoned it to destroy a tower during one of the Cataclysm's.

Ichabod,

To supplement Sorcerer Voidstalker's answer further, the story of the Dreadlord's arrival to the Kern Valley during Turning Moon was of a dark stormy night, and a solitary figure clad all in black approaching a waystation where Alliance personnel were staying.

This man could only remember events from about an hour ago, with no knowledge of who he was, or where he had come from. He called himself Storm.

As you may have inferred, Dreadlord Araikas was originally from another plane - he had disappeared from his home lands during a dark, stormy night; no-one knew how or why.

It is worth noting that sometimes, elements of visions can be symbolic.

Yes. I had hoped it was merely my mind focused on this discussion but clearly not. As a test to see if it was again the same/simialr to others, lets jsut say I'm not keen on lurkers with lightning and I definitely do NOT want to be hit with that hammer! Ow!

Wait - is there some form of 'Seer test' on at the moment? See how many peoples nights they can really throw off? Won't be happy if thats the case!

Yeah I had one last night.
I was in a large hall with some people and a throne.
The throne encircled in flames and a flamey crown really stick in my mind.
There was a man who seemed to be a king or something and another bloke who seemed really creapy and made lightening when he rubbed his hands together.
And a young man, the bloke on the thrones son, who was adamant he would find his brother.

I was really quite disturbed by the lightening bloke. Oh he had an ankh around his neck too. I remember being very drawn to that. Not as much as the flameyness though.

Oh and I've checked with Kurt, he's not been having any odd dreams. well, non odder than normal lol.

Anyone else?

Yes that is the dream
The figure you speak of had an Ankh , which is the Symbol of my great guild and a lightening flash which is the symbol of the Brethren .
The son has the same markings as the Dreadlord !
Perhaps it is he , he is searching for ?
A very strange dream indeed !
The Dreadlord is a prince after all. Could we really be seeing visions of his farther and brother ?

Well this is turning out to be quite the distraction and no mistake.

The Dreadlord's brother is Sir Thoran.

He and others of the Dreadlord's home plane traveled to Orin Rakatha to seek him or his fate.

I could say more, but it so much more entertaining watching you put the pieces in place yourselves. Of course, one must also leave room for others to be able to demonstrate their knowledge, one does like to be fair handed.

My apologies maggot I was trying to remember the dream as I was speaking .
My thoughts are more aimed at the fact the man in the dream is a Reaper who has access to yellow magic.
Your symbol is of course flames which could well have been symbolised on the thrown.
This will make little sense to you unless you have been having the Dreams.
Sorcerer Harlequin
I did not realise that there were those present who fully understood the meaning of these dreams.
I am not here for your amusement so I will leave you all to it and retire to the Inn.
