Sethenia is friendly with the Kern Valley Alliance from the time it was under attack by the Denetharian Empire. This threat finally ended in Harvest Moon, 10AR. The plane of Sethenia somehow lies 'between' Daeron's empire and Orin Rakatha.

Once a member of the Alliance, Solen-Hai attacked valley people, also summoning Chaos-creatures to attack. Soon after, he attempted to purchase a huge number of potions and weapons from the Host of Veranon. Solen-Hai was believed slain towards the end of 10AR.
The Halmadonians have unearthed a prophecy that states when the 8 minor chaots, of which Blaze and Solen Hai are two, get together there will be a catastrophe of sorts.
