Heroquest run the following events with the relevant prices. This is what it costs for those who wish to be an adventurer on one of our events.

Deposits
All events require a deposit to be paid at least one month in advance. The remainder is to be paid at least 10 days prior to the event.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate occurrence that you are forced to make a cancellation only your deposit will be forfeit, any other payments already received will be transferred to another event. Sadly we are unable to refund deposits, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, unless your place on the relevant event has been taken by another paying player. We recommend you take out event insurance if you are uncomfortable with this.
Membership
Special Discount for new players.
People who are booking to play their first ever adventure in Heroquest pay only £40 for a 36hr.
Monstering
Anyone who monsters an event will get the following benefits for any character of their choice.

Members may choose to take either Bonus Points, in game currency (Gests) or a Res point (for every 4 Res points, one character of your choice may have one of their lost Resurection chances restored, to a maximum of 4). Non-members will only receive Bonus Points.
In order to benefit from these Bonus Points you must inform HQ Admin of which character you wish the points to go to on or before the relevant event.
