Historically there were 3 Towers but the Valley lost two Towers in a Time of Reckoning. Previously the 3 towers were combined into an Alliance and later became part of the Kingdom of the Valleys. Now all the peoples from the Valley live in Fortunes Keep as one tower, one people.
