Location - Unknown and ever-changing.

The Assembly was created at the end of the Dymwan wars. All members of the Assembly are non-corporeal undead. They may be attended by corporeal undead, servants who attended them when they were alive. There is no one ruler of the Assembly, as implicated in its name. The Assembly claims it desires no contact with the living in the 'life beyond', and seeks to dissociate itself from the Shadow Lodge.
