The mark is a group from the Kern Valley Alliance - precise numbers are unknown. The group will be using the Kern Valley Alliance outpost number 7 and are led by a Sorcerer called Quicksilver. They are expected at this outpost on the third day of the first month in the New Year.
In particular you are to slay any Ice Elves present. We are not interested in non Ice Elves or those who do not have enough status to withstand a Rank 4 invocation.
