Colours - rags,with quartered bright colours

Located in the Oasis of Souls, part of the Red Fern Forest in the north-east quadrant of Orin Rakatha.

The Bethelim (hoardlings and other such creatures) held a Tower on Orin Rakatha until the last Time Of Reckoning, when the Laws of Orin Rakatha were restored. Shadowsfall rumours suggest a new occupancy and some major activity in the area of this Tower.

"This tower is now the home of Khamul the Savage Chieftain one of the Nazgul , it is believed that the Messenger / Galadrin also lives in the tower . Its other occupants are Morgothians but not followers of the Witch King . Living around the Tower and allied to it are 5-10 tribes of Easterlings (whose leader, the Pasha had been slain by a previous Alliance mission) and members of the Church of Ungoliant. Also in the area are numerous Hordlings who were the previous occupants of the Tower and potential allies to us."
