Kelnozz Hatch'nett is Soul Shriever and Spiritual Head of the Mor Silvani. He recently acceded to this position (from his former position as Skin Shriever) as a consequence of actions undertaken by an Alliance group. The former Soul Shriever, Jezra Hun'ett (of the Kalid Earthwarp), is now in exile.
He is recognisable by a distinctive green triangle under each eye, and yellow triangle above. He wields a staff, and since becoming Soul Shriever (a rank just below Hierophant) has worn a golden crown of thorns upon his head.

"He was the Assistnt guildleader of the Grey Gauntlet sect. He comes from the orinial home plane of the Valley peoples. He took part in the Brotherhood wars. He was convicted by valley members of being a traitior to the Alliance and chose banishment over death. From what I gather he was responsible for messing with status pledges that led to Racus being forced from the Towers for a time."
Gilrehyan, note, Leaf Fall, 11AR
Believed to reside in "the Village", in the Ikarthian Triangle.
Various Alliance Reports
"Marloon Pozzler is a lawful Monk of the Shadowsfall. He was previously a member of the Empire which drove the Valley people from Murandir to Orin Rakatha. He is highly skilled in the use of Ki and weilds a quarterstaff with great skill.
"He has been a thorn in the side of the Valley people for many years, occasionally being used as a tool by others.
"The last sighting I know of was just over two years ago when (with a band of Shadowsfall lackeys) he attempted to recover some amulets "stolen" by Valley members from fallen assassins.
"I would advise caution in dealing with Pozzler but can confirm that if he makes an agreement, he will abide by its spirit as well as its letter."

They were informed that we didn’t take orders from Towerless, to which the reply was that their Leader was someone called Monck The Magnificent (apparently a Magic User), and was close by. Monck’s lieutenant – Marvo was also in there and we were told that Monck had claimed the land as his own. A fight began which left all the Towerless dead."

He informed me that he knew nothing of Jules Everbright, a Red Sorceror who had also then been present and is currently missing.
